Finally….a spin studio!! I’m new to spinning, but after going 2x/week for the past few months, I’m officially hooked. Most days I enter the loft half asleep at 0615hr but soon the life is back in me and the energy is flowing. I love the intensity and variety of the workouts and the positive vibe and energy from Mike and all the participants-we are here to work hard and seek fitness, but do so in a positive and fun manner. Mike is a fantastic instructor: laid back, fun and encouraging but always challenging us in our individual capacities during each workout-to push hard and keep moving forward. I am so excited to be a part of Cadence Cycling Studio and have it be a part of my journey back to fitness.

I am neither athletic nor competitive and gyms make me claustrophobic. Working out has always been something I have forced myself to do; that is, until I tried spin with Mike at Cadence’s temporary studio space. I have been going to classes at 6:15 three times a week and and I am consistently excited to be there; it is the perfect start to any day. It seems to me that the perfect motivator for fitness is an activity that is both really fun and really effective. Spin is exactly that. I’m hooked.

I’m not a “fit” person, and tend to “exercise” at the request of my wife. I joined her for a spin class, and my lack of fitness became very clear to me. I thought I was going to die. Though all through that first experience I was encouraged forward and challenged to push onwards. Though I was a bit nervous for my first spin class, under the positive and energetic guidance at Cadence Cycling Studios, I quickly learned how to use the bike to get an amazing work out. This class will challenge you, make you sweat and leave you feeling exhilarated. I’m coming back next week!

The atmosphere is comfortable, the music is pumpin’, and the work out you receive in 45 minutes is impressive—perfect for a busy work schedule and for people who want to make a healthy change.
