  • Complimentary use of spin shoes (if you want to bring your own shoes, you are welcome to, our pedals are SPD compatible)

    Reservations and Cancellations

    Reservations may be made up 2 weeks in advance through our online scheduling system.

    No Show and Late Cancellation:

    We completely understand that occasionally unforseen circumstances occur that may require you to cancel a class late or no-show. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please give us a call, or email us at info@cadencevancouver.com.

    Cancellations will be accepted up to 12 hours in advance.

    Accounts with Ride Cards – One ride will be deducted from your ride card

    Accounts with an Unlimited Package – A $10.00 fee will be added to your account at the time of late cancellation or in the event of a no show. This fee will need to be paid before you will be able to register for or participate in your next class.

    Reservations, Drop-in and Bike Release Policy

    You can always drop in without a reservation, and if there are unreserved spin bikes, you can pay for a drop in ride or use a ride from your card. If you reserve in advance, please be punctual! Empty bikes will be released to drop-ins at the start of each class.

    Purchasing Rides and Setting up an Account

    Please use our convenient scheduling system. It’s an easy way for you to buy ride cards, reserve spin bikes, check your account, learn about spinning instructors and more. Once you have established a log-in and password, you can easily:

    • View the spin class schedule
    • Buy rides, ride cards and memberships
    • Reserve a bike up to one full week in advance
    • Cancel indoor cycling classes up to 12 hours in advance with no penalty
    • Check your ride card status and your scheduled spinning classes
    • Learn about Cadence instructors and substitutions
    • View your scheduled classes and ride history
